The communications department of the Russian Football Union informed the source that about a thousand fans of the Nigerian team are expected at the match with the Russian national team. These will include students, embassy employees, and other citizens of the state and countries sympathetic to Nigeria who live in our country.
A friendly match will take place on June 6 at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. It will start at 8:00 p.m. Moscow time. This will be the first time the national teams will meet. Before the match, a minute of silence will be held in memory of the victims of the attack in the Bryansk region.
To date, more than 40,000 tickets have been sold.
