Villarreal has turned to Real Madrid with a proposal to sign Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrei Lunin. Spanish clubs are currently negotiating a one-year contract.
Last year, Lunin extended his contract with Real Madrid until 2030, but last season he only played 14 games for the club, conceding 19 goals and playing “zero” six times. The top-flight goalkeeper remains Belgian Tibo Courtois.
