Arsenal have begun negotiations with fellow London club Chelsea regarding the transfer extension of Noni Madu. According to a source, the parties are expected to coordinate the compensation package for the 23-year-old striker’s transfer.Previous reports suggested that Madueke had already agreed terms on a personal contract with the Gunners.
In 2023, Chelsea acquired Madueke from the Dutch Philips Sport Vereniging PSV for €35 million. In total, the striker played 92 matches for the club, scoring 20 goals and providing nine assists.
