Brazilian Atlético Mineiro made an official offer for the transfer of the midfielder from Zenit Arthur Guimaraes.
According to the journalist Fabrizio Romanothey offer 10 million euros for the player. Zenit is also ready to guarantee 10 percent of the amount of a possible future sale of Arthur.
