The Moscow Arbitration Court has refused to suspend the proceedings at the request of a Rostec subsidiary, RT Capital State Corporation. This was reported by a source from the courtroom.
The RT Capital lawsuit at the Samara Club is related to the debt under the loan agreement.
At the same time, the parties informed the court of their intention to conclude a settlement agreement. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for May 22. Tass stated the following to Rostec:
We remain constructive. The defendant retains all options for a peaceful resolution of the dispute; in particular, it can conclude an agreement on the provision of one of the following guarantees: a guarantee from the Samara region, a bank guarantee, or a pledge of liquid real estate in the region. Nothing prevents it from coordinating a clear mechanism for repaying debts and dutifully fulfilling its obligations. We do not yet see any real steps in this direction. As Robert Ter-Abraham, CEO of Wings of the Soviets, told reporters, the parties are open to dialogue:
A preliminary meeting took place today. The main consideration of our case will take place in May. Both parties are engaged in the most constructive dialogue aimed at eliminating the club’s debt obligations to RT Capital. Source link
