According to a source, the terms of the new agreement are already finalized. The team’s management is trying to convince the striker to extend his contract until December 2026, while the player’s team is in no rush to finalize the deal. Neymar’s current contract with Santos runs until June 30, 2025, but his team sees no reason to rush. The footballer isn’t opposed to returning to Europe if an attractive option arises.
Recall that Neymar joined the team in January. So far, he has played 14 matches in all tournaments for Santos, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
