The RT-Capital company, which is part of the management of the state corporation Rostec, filed a lawsuit against the Samara club “Wings of the Soviets” demanding repayment of debt in the amount of 897 million rubles.
Reportedly, the main debt repayment period expired in 2016. Despite this, RT-Capital has constantly made efforts to develop the club and for its increased participation in national tournaments. The company confirmed the status of its debt to RPLwhich allowed K.S. continue to compete in the Russian championship. And she has repeatedly expressed her desire to comprehensively restructure the club’s debt, subject to the provision of adequate guarantees.
As the company noted, Krylia Sovetov was in a difficult financial situation when she turned to Rostec for credit assistance. Considering the importance of the club for the Samara region, it received the necessary support in the most comfortable conditions. Taking into account the fact that the club has not fulfilled its obligations since 2016, it was decided to collect a debt in the amount of 897 million rubles in court.
