Kamp Nou, Barcelona’s home arena, will likely not be ready for matches during the 2025/26 season.
The Spanish publication published a video showing that the pitch has not yet been laid. Screenshots can be seen below.

Earlier, the club officially announced that the “blue-granulate” will return to its stadium on August 10, when the traditional Joan Gamper Trophy exhibition match will take place (this year, the Italian “Komo” will be the rivals).
Recall that since the summer of 2023, Kamp Nou has been undergoing reconstruction, and Barcelona has been holding its home matches at the Luis Company Olympic Stadium. It has been stated that the Blue Grant will return home in the 2025/26 season, although the arena’s capacity will be limited, with the stadium not being able to accommodate more than 60,000 fans.
Once all work is completed, the capacity of the renovated Kamp Knou is expected to be 105,000.
