Manchester United will host matches in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong against the Southeast Asian All-Stars national team.
The first match will take place on May 28, three days after the final match of the English Premier League with Aston Villa. Revenue from the tour is expected to be around €10 million. Omar Berrad said the tour would allow the club to generate significant additional income, which would be used to invest in the team’s development.
After the Asian tour concludes, some players will return to their national teams to participate in matches scheduled for June 2-10. Source link
