This winter, the judging and inspection service RFUs (CIO) does not plan to organize a meeting of inspectors RPLworking on matches of the Russian Championship and Cup. Instead, a short online seminar will take place over one or two days, after which inspectors will take a test on the rules of the game.
Apparently the boss CIO Milorad Majicas in 2024, will not respect the judicial convention UEFA. It requires organizing at least two joint training sessions each year for major league inspectors and referees. The convention explicitly states that inspectors “must attend” at least two referee seminars, but that does not happen here. Those who evaluate the work of the referee exist in themselves.
