Liverpool’s second rival on the pre-season tour of Asia will be Japan’s Yokohama F-Marinos.
The match will be held at the Nissan Stadium in Yokohama on July 30. In the first match, Liverpool will face Milan at the newly opened Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on July 26, where the teams will battle for the standard trophy.
The Reds will be visiting Japan for the first time as part of a pre-season tour. The club last visited Asia in 2023, and before that, the team visited Hong Kong in 2017.
During their time in Asia, Liverpool will participate in several key local public projects and cultural events, as well as host fan events with club legends.
