Newell’s Old Boys defender Angelo Martino will not go to Krasnodar. The Bulls offered €1 million for the player, but then withdrew from the negotiations. Since then Krasnodar has completely abandoned the idea of acquiring a foreigner on the defensive flank, as it could not sell any of the foreign players occupying these positions.
Martino has been playing for Newell’s Old Boys since February 2023. His contract expires in December 2025. Last season, the 26-year-old left-back made 37 appearances in all competitions, provided 4 assists and received 15 cards (14 yellows and 1 red). The Transfermarkt portal values the Argentine at €1.3 million.
Former Krasnodar midfielder Ifhinai Nduka has moved to Sokol on loan.
