Russian goalkeeper for the Austrian “Assault” Daniil Khudyakov will be recovering after wrist surgery for at least a month.
Recall that on July 10, the goalkeeper broke his hand after falling off a bicycle on the way to training.
His agent spoke about Khudyakov’s recovery: Vladimir Kuzmichev:
No one will probably give accurate forecasts for Khudyakov’s recovery. Previously, the recovery from surgery will certainly take a month. The surgery itself went normally, and Daniil is recovered. Of course, this mood swing won’t help. However, he was preparing for the season with the expectation that he could become the starting number one from the very beginning of the championship. But nothing will be stronger.
Khudyakov moved to Sturm in July of this year from Lokomotiv. In his first season abroad, Daniil became the Austrian champion, but only played four matches. for a team from Graz, conceding four goals and twice while playing from scratch.
The new Austrian Bundesliga season begins on August 1st.
