Russian coach Alexander Kerzhakov explained why he did not return to Russia immediately after his dismissal from Kairat (September 2024).
After leaving Kairat, we stayed in Almaty: our son went to school there, which we had already paid for. He liked it very much and the school was of a fairly good level. We stayed there until the first semester, then went to Dubai to relax for a few days. Now we have completely returned to Russia.
