Bavaria has announced that Herbert Hayiner will once again serve as chairman.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held from October 31 to November 2. On the eve of the meeting, the Munich Club president will re-nominate his candidacy at a meeting of the Board of Directors, to be held on September 5.
Heiner took his current position in 2019, replacing Uli Hnessa.
