The 37-year-old midfielder of Brazilian club San Paulo, Luis Gustavo, has been hospitalized. He has been diagnosed with pulmonary artery thromboembolism, an acute circulatory disorder in the lungs caused by blockage of the lumen of large arteries or their branches with a thrombus. The former player is under constant medical supervision. He has been sidelined indefinitely.
