Defender Johnny Evans He is retiring at the end of the current season and is now negotiating with Manchester United about a new role.
The club wants the 37-year-old Northern Irishman to organize the youth football team.
Evans will determine which teams are best to spend their money on in the coming months, as well as monitor their progress and provide assistance if needed.
