According to the source, Botafogo has sent an official purchase offer to Dynamo Bitello for 10 million euros, which the Blue and White refused.
The amount is even far from the Moscow club’s valuation of the player.
The 24-year-old Brazilian’s contract with Dynamo runs until 2028.
