Chelsea offer €15m for 20-year-old Verona midfielder Rédu Belaine.
The deal will take place after the sale César Casadei. Turin is ready to buy the Italian for €10-12m.
In the current Serie A season, Belaine has made 20 appearances, provided 2 assists and received 4 yellow cards.
