Chelsea has expressed interest in signing Aston Villa winger Morgan Rogers. The Blues are willing to offer Birmingham City a player swap deal with a fee to reduce the cost of the 22-year-old midfielder, for whom Aston Villa expects to receive a fee of £65 million to £70 million.Chelsea intends to include Benoit Badyashil, Alme Chalob, and Tosina Adarabioio in the deal.
