The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Court of Arbitration for Sport) has ruled that West Ham is obliged to pay the central sports club of CSKA €8.55 million for the transfer of midfielder Nikolas Vlashich in 2021. Curvat currently plays for Italian club Torino. Payment is only to be made after receiving a license from OFSI (the UK’s Office for the Enforcement of Financial Sanctions) or after the end of the sanction regime, which will allow West Ham to make the payment.
