Vice-president of the football club “Alania” Danila Guriev announced a reduction in the team’s budget, as well as a commitment to rejuvenating the roster.
Over the past 5 years, our team has shown good results and aimed at a high level, thanks to the joint efforts of everyone involved in the development of the club. Some things worked, others didn’t. But one thing is certain: we are proud that the whole country is talking about Alania again and the club is rightly taking its rightful place in Russian football. However, the current economic situation and a number of external factors pose serious challenges for us. In this regard, the club management is forced to make a difficult but necessary decision to reduce the budget. At the same time, we are committed to rejuvenating our team, which will give promising young players a chance to realize their potential and contribute to the future of the team. “Alania” has always been and remains the symbol and pride of Ossetia. We are convinced that this decision will be an important step for the long-term sustainability of the club. We will do everything we can to preserve our club and its traditions, provide decent working and training conditions for the team and continue to delight our fans.
