The Uzbekistan national team defeated Qatar in the 10th round match of the 2026 World Cup qualifying tournament (3-0).
Azizbek Turgunbaev opened the score in the 28th minute, and Eldor Shomurodov doubled the hosts’ lead in the 86th minute. Igor Sergeev scored the third goal in the 90th minute. Uzbekistan leads Group A (21 points) and has previously secured a spot in the World Cup, while Qatar is in fourth place (13 points). Source link
