Taganrog “Forte” has announced the club’s closure. The statement reads:
FC “Forte.” This decision was extremely difficult, but after much deliberation and an assessment of all the circumstances, it was concluded that the club’s continued existence in its current format was no longer possible.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who supported our team. Your incredible devotion, your deafening support from the stands, your belief in the team in the most difficult moments—this was the true driving force of our club. It was you who created the unique atmosphere that makes football worth playing. Thank you for every smile, heartbreak, and soulful cry you gave us. We are proud to have had the opportunity to represent and play for you. At the same time, our football academy will continue its full activities so that young athletes can continue training and developing their skills with Forte.
With all our hearts, we wish all those who were part of this incredible story all the best. May your love for football continue to burn brightly, and may the memories of the days spent with us warm you and bring a smile to your face.
Goodbyes are always painful. But let’s remember not so much the final whistle as all the emotions we experienced together.
In the 2024/25 season, the second-tier team finished 10th in the Silver “A” group of the Second League, gaining 14 points.
