Lyon midfielder and French national team player Ryan Sherki will become a Manchester City player. The clubs agreed on all transfers. Sherki will sign a five-year contract with Manchester City. Lyon will receive €35 million plus additional payments. The deal will be finalized at the start of the Club World Cup.
Sherki has been in Lyon’s system since he was six. Last season, the 21-year-old right-sided midfielder played 44 matches in all tournaments, scoring 12 goals and providing 20 assists. Transfermarkt values the Algerian-born Frenchman at €45 million.
Earlier, it was reported that Manchester City will sign Milan midfielder Tijani Reynders.
