Attack Manchester United Marcus Rashford hasn’t played since December 12. After the defeat against Brighton in the 22nd round nuclear submarine (1:3) Ruben Amorim explained Rashford’s absence: “Not playing is his choice.”
Club sources do not believe Amorim meant it that way. IN Manchester United they believe the coach simply wanted to emphasize that the striker’s future is in his hands.
Sources close to the player stressed that Rashford wanted to play for Man United and had no serious differences with Amorim. The Englishman is ready to take the field if he makes the squad.
