English side Newcastle offered German side Aintracht Frankfurt £69.5 million for the transfer of French striker AVO Equipment. At today’s exchange rate, this amount is €79.92 million.
Previously, Soroki offered Frankfurt £60 million, but they rejected the offer.
A year ago, Aintracht acquired Paris Saint-Germain for €16.5 million. Last season, the 23-year-old forward scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists in 48 matches.
