From the start of the 2026/27 season, the limits for legionnaires in the Russian Premier League could be tightened.
According to a source, the Russian Federation’s Sports Ministry insists on the 10/5 option (10 foreigners in the application and no more than 5 on the pitch at a time). However, the Russian Football Union advocates a gradual reduction – from 10/7 to 10/5. Current teams Russian Premier League
