It is necessary to clearly understand how the club’s control process works. 51% of the club’s shares are owned by the Rostov Region government, 49% by the Lernako Corporation. The president is a voluntary position, appointed by the club’s board of directors. The main body that makes key decisions is the board of directors, which consists of six members. The board of directors is elected by the shareholders’ meeting. Therefore, even if we assume that the “club president” doesn’t exist, this does not affect a shareholder’s right to manage the company through the board of directors.
