I always tell myself that I could become a good coach if I have enough courage, strength, and patience to achieve it in the long run.
But I realize it’s a huge job when I see how much time Peps (Guardiola) and the Manchester City coaching staff are given to the job. Much more than the football players. You have to accept this burden; you have to be comfortable with it.
