In the event that the ethics committee RFUs recognizes Akron forward Artem Dzyuba guilty of violating the regulations, the maximum punishment for a football player can be a fine of 250,000 rubles.
Earlier it became known that the head of the Russian Premier League, Alexander Alaev, appealed to the ethics committee of the Russian Football Union (RFUs) in relation to Dzyuba’s interview with Match TV in November. IN RFUs confirmed the presence of this letter, but did not specify the date of the meeting.
Depending on the version RPLDzyuba may have violated the rules RFUs on ethics, namely clauses 1 and 2 of Art. 15.
It states that “football entities have an obligation to protect, respect and guarantee the integrity of the honor, dignity and commercial reputation of others” and that “football entities are prohibited from football from using offensive gestures and remarks, including, but not limited to, the use of social media and Mediacapable of offending anyone in any way or of inciting others to hatred or violence.
Violation of this article is punishable by a fine of up to 250,000 rubles.
