In the 14th minute, Sehr Girassi opened the scoring and in the 24th minute, he increased the lead with a brace. In the 48th minute, Herman Beresterome scored for Monterrey.
In another match, Real Madrid lost to Juventus in the Round of 16 final (1-0). He will play for Borussia Dortmund in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
