A special commission issued a positive conclusion regarding the project, emphasizing its high public interest. It is noteworthy that the new facility will be of significant importance to western Brittany. The involvement of an independent hydroeological expert also led to the conclusion that the project would have a minor impact on resources and would not affect water quality.
The stadium is expected to accommodate 15,000 spectators.
