Barcelona announced the refinancing of more than 40% of Espai Barça’s debt with a long-term structure.
In cooperation with financial consultant Goldman Sachs, the club successfully restructured the €424 million debt, which was initially repaid in 2028 and used to rebuild the Kamp Nou stadium, into the new structure using the existing financial base.
Payments on the new structure will begin in 2033, and the debt will be fully repaid by 2050.
