Midfielder Cyril Volmer He has joined Dynamo Makhachkala.
The 25-year-old’s last club was Siberia, where he scored two goals and provided 16 assists in 18 Silver Division matches.
Dynamo also plans to sign Cameroonian Yenisei midfielder Olivier Kenfakawho will receive a Russian passport in the near future.
The 20-year-old’s contract with Krasnoyarsk includes a ransom option of 12 million rubles, but Makhachkala residents expect to agree on a lower amount.
