Inter have offered €22 million plus €3 million in bonuses for 21-year-old Parma striker Ang Joan Bonnie.
However, the parties have not yet agreed on terms, as the Crusaders are demanding €25 million, with no split between the principal amount and bonuses.
Last season, the striker played 37 games for Parma in the senior division, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
