Khimki near Moscow suspends its activities.
The team’s official Telegram channel states the following:
A difficult decision has been made – to suspend the activities of Khimki Football Club in its current form. Our team has worked with complete dedication. Despite our efforts, the club has remained outside of professional competitions. In the current conditions, a pause in activity is a forced but balanced step.
Khimki left the Russian Premier League due to the fact that they were unable to obtain a license to participate.
