Paris Saint-Germain has reached an agreement with Alexei Shpilevsky, who will take over as head coach, on a three-year contract. The contract is expected to be signed in the coming days. Previously, Shpilevsky worked for the Cypriot club Aris, for which he plays under Alexander Kokorin.He has led the team since February 2022, and in 2023, he became the champion and winner of the Cyprus Super Cup. At the end of the 2024/25 season, Shpilevsky left Aris.
Earlier, it also became known that Nizhny Novgorod had fired head coach Viktor Gancharenko.
