At the same time, there was initially talk that the Croatian would leave the club in the summer, and the Turin side would appoint a coach more suited to their criteria (a contract had already been agreed with another specialist in May).

Only now De Laurentis continued to crush – Napoli upgraded the contract to a contract for a specialist, and provided a project development plan. Comte is an ambitious manager, and it is important to him that the club matches this quality. Napoli agreed with the coach – but Juventus was left with nothing. Horvat has already proven himself in both projects—he thrives under pressure and thrives even in resource-poor conditions.
