Akron has announced leadership changes. Anton Chistyakov has been appointed sporting director, replacing Aram Zadoyan. The new head of the club’s sporting department has begun his duties. He will coordinate the club’s preparations for the summer transfer window. Anton Chistyakov worked for eight years in the Moscow system of the Central Sports Club of Armee CSKA, where he participated in the implementation of the sports unit’s development strategy. During the same period, he was part of the European Club Association’s youth football development working group.
