International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) published a ranking of the strongest championships in 2024.
The first place was taken by the Italian Serie A (1992 points), followed by the Spanish Primera (1885), and the third place was completed by nuclear submarine (1871).
The top 10 also included championships from Argentina, Germany, Brazil, Portugal, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The Russian Premier League occupies 73rd place in this ranking. The Azerbaijani (36th), Ukrainian (38th), Armenian (46th), Belarusian (59th) and Georgian (70th) leagues were ranked higher than the Russian championship. The Kazakhstan Championship took 86th place in this ranking.
