The Le Coq Sportif brand will soon go bankrupt.
The company will be forced to end its biggest contracts with the clubs of Nice and Troyes.
Previously, the Paris Commercial Court had transferred Le Coq Sportif to restructuring proceedings.
The current situation was preceded by years of losses, loans from the Paris 2024 organizing committee and France have not been repaid. The company is also involved in a dispute with the French Rugby Federation (FFR), which is demanding 5.3 million euros from its former supplier.
Airesis continues its activities and seeks ways to maintain its subsidiary Le Coq Sportif.
Le Coq Sportif has already supplied uniforms to Argentina, France, Italy, Spain and other national teams. There were also numerous contracts at club level, including deals with Chelsea, Manchester City, Inter, Fiorentina and many other teams.
