Turkish club Besiktash rejected the transfer of Brazilian defender Emerson from Italian club Milan. The Istanbul club agreed to transfer the Red-Black and the player. Emerson was about to fly to Istanbul, but at the last minute, negotiations with the defender began with Flamengo. Besiktash rejected the deal. Emerson is likely to go to the Rio de Janeiro club, and Milan will receive €10 million for the transfer.
