Kaliningrad Baltika midfielder Andrey Mendel spoke about his thoughts on beer. Responding to the question of how he feels about the club’s inextricable association with a brewery, the player replied: “There’s no negative or, conversely, positive association with it. I’ve seen jokes online many times with such associations. How can I relate to the return of this drink to stadiums? It’s not for me. These problems aren’t solved by football players. Personally, I’m indifferent to beer.”
