Colombian national team midfielder Richard Rios Moving from Palmeiras to Benfica.
The Portuguese side have already agreed a deal with Brazilian club San Paulo, signing the player.
Benfica will pay Palmeiras €30 million in three installments, and Rios will fly to Lisbon next week to undergo a medical and sign a contract.
St. Petersburg’s Zenit and Roma have also claimed the Colombian national team player.
