Deputy Minister of Finance of the Samara Region Tarhan Dzhabraillov will become the General Director of the Wings of the Soviets.
The official request for an appointment will be submitted in the coming days.
Dzhabraillov became a member of the club’s board of directors in January 2025. He is also the head of the department of the “Service to People” charitable foundation.
