In parallel, the Fan Identification System (FIS) is being developed. Since 2022, more than 2.5 million cards have been issued, and in 2024 alone, more than 900,000, including 190,000 for children. More than 135,000 cards have been issued remotely; the service is available in the region of 81 and at times in stadiums. This has had the following impact: the number of violations of order at sporting events has decreased by 17.1%. At the same time, attendance has increased by almost 19%, to 2.4 million spectators. Of these, 18% are children, and 7% are citizens over 55. The emphasis is on a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere in the stands. Order in the stadiums is what we need.
A fan card is required to attend Russian Premier League, Cup, and Russian Super Cup matches.
