Former Krasnodar striker Fedor Smolov appealed to law enforcement agencies with a crime report.
The football player became a victim of extortion and fraudulent acts by unknown individuals. The incident occurred at the Puppan public catering establishment, where Smolov was at the time.
The investigation is being conducted under Articles 163 (extortion) and 159 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account signs of attempted fraud committed on a particularly large scale.
