The National Football League (FNL) presented a proposal for a tournament that would include amateur teams at the general club meeting.According to the project, 192 teams are involved: 118 clubs from the Third League, 59 from Division B of the Second League, where Crimean teams competed, and from the Russian Football Union (RFU), including media teams.In the Russian Cup for the 2025/26 season, 104 clubs will compete, including 15 amateur clubs, including three media teams.
