I don’t see any connection between the successful implementation of the Russian Football League (YFL) project and the limit on legionnaires. Many players who have passed the UFL level have become first-team players and are getting some playing time, and someone is already being called up to the national team. There are only 3% of legionnaires in professional football; the rest are Russian footballers.
